اذا كان عقد الاستخدام قد انشيء لمدة محدودة وكان قد حل اجله في اثناء سفره وليس فيه
نص لتمديده فيستمر تنفيذه على
متن السفينة التجارية او سفينة الصيد حتى وصولها الى ميناء العقبة.
