Article text
أ- اذا توفي الملاح اثناء مدة العقد وكان قد استخدم بالمشاهرة فاجرته مستوجبة الى آخر الشهر.
ب- واذا كان الملاح مستخدما لمدة السفرة في الذهاب وحده وكانت اجرته اما مبلغا مقطوعا
واما حصة من الربح او من اجرة
السفينة فيتوجب له كامل اجرته او كامل حصته ان توفي بعد بدء السفرة. واذا كان مستخدما
لسفرة في الذهاب والاياب معا
فيتوجب له كامل اجرته او حصته عن الذهاب ونصف حصته او اجرته عن الاياب ان توفي اثناء
الاياب من السفرة.
جـ- اذا استشهد البحار بسبب دفاعه عن السفينة ، استحق ورثته مكافأة تعادل اجرة ثلاثة شهور ،
فضلا عن التعويضات والمكافآت
التي يقررها هذا القانون وقوانين العمل الاخرى.
