اذا تعذر على السفينة التوجه الى الميناء الذي تقصده بسبب قوة قاهرة طرأت بعد سفرها فلا
يتوجب على الواسق الا اجرة
الذهاب من السفرة ولو كان ايجاره معقوداً للذهاب والاياب.
