اذا تعذر على السفينة الدخول الى الميناء المقصود بسبب الحصار او اية قوة قاهرة تطلق يد
الربان في العمل ما فيه منفعة
الواسقين اذا لم يكن مزودا بأوامر لمثل هذه الحالة ولا ينتج عن ذلك اي عطل او ضرر.
