الجزء الثالث
في مهلة الانتظار للسفيه ومهلة انتظارها اللاحقة
( المادة 191 )
ان ايام السقائف اي مهلة انتظار السفينة في الوسق والتفريغ تبتدئ فيما يختص بالوسق في
اليوم الذي يلي اعلام المستأجر
باستعداد السفينة لتقبل بضائع ، وفيما يختص بالتفريغ في اليوم الذي يلي تمكين المستلم
من بدء التفريغ في الشروط المنصوص
عليها في العقد.
وان ابتداء مهلة انتظار السفينة ومدتها يتغيران بتغير عادات المكان اذا لم يحددهما الاتفاق. لا
يدخل في حساب مهلة
الانتظار الا ايام العمل.
