الجزء السادس
صيغة عقود ايجار السفينة والنقل الجوي
( المادة 198 )
يثبت عقد ايجار السفينة والنقل البحري بالبينة الخطية ويطلق على هذا المخطوط اسم سند
ايجار السفينة او اسم وثيقة الشحن
تبعا لنوع النقل البحري الا ان المتعاقدين يعفيان من تنظيم سند خطي في حالة الملاحة
الساحلية القريبة.
