اذا وقع تباين بين سند ايجار السفينة و وثيقة الشحن فتفضل شروط سند الايجار في علاقات
المؤجر مع المستأجر.
اما في علاقات المستأجر مع الشاحن فتعتبر وثيقة الشحن وحدها ما لم تنص صراحة على اعتماد
سند الايجار.
