ان وثيقة الشحن المباشرة وهي التي يسلمها ناقل اول يتعهد بارسال البضاعة الى المكان
المقصود على دفعات متتابعة تلزم
منشئها حتى نهاية الرحلة بكل الالتزامات الناجمة عنها.
فهو ملزم خاصة بضمان افعال الناقلين المتعاقبين الذين يتسلمون البضاعة.
و لا يسأل كل من هؤلاء الا عما يحدث في رحلته الخاصة من ضياع وخسارة وتأخير.
