Article text
اذا اقتضت طبيعة البضائع او شروط نقلها عقد اتفاقات خاصة فان كل الشروط المتفق عليها
والمتعلقة بحقوق الناقل والتزاماته
يعمل بها ما دامت غير مخالفة للنظام العام بشرط ان لا يسلم وثيقة شحن قابلة للتداول وان
يدرج الاتفاق في سند يتضمن
عبارة ( غير قابل للتداول ).
