اذا ثبت على صاحب السفينة نية التهرب من معاملات التسجيل لغاية جرمية ، فان المحكمة تقرر
مصادرة السفينة وبيعها.
ويضاف ثمن البيع الى واردات دائرة الميناء وترسل نسخة عن الحكم الى وزير النقل.
وفضلا عن ذلك يستهدف صاحب السفينة لعقوبة الحبس من ثلاثة اشهر الى سنتين ، ولغرامة
تتراوح ما بين ثلاثة دنانير الى
ستين ديناراً. اما اذا ثبت ان ليس في الامر الا اهمال او سهو ، فيتعرض صاحب السفينة لغرامة
تتراوح ما بين ثلاثة
دنانير الى ستة وثلاثين ديناراً.
