الجزء السابع
في التزامات الناقل وشروط الابراء من المسؤولية
( المادة 211 )
لا تطبق احكام هذا الجزء الا على النقل البحري القاضي بتسليم وثائق شحن ومن حين شحن
البضائع على متن السفينة حتى تفريغها
في المحل المقصود.
وهي لا تطبق كذلك على سندات ايجار السفينة.
اما اذا استؤجرت السفينة بسند ايجار فانها تطبق على ما يسلم من وثائق شحن.
و لا يمكن تطبيق هذه الاحكام على البضائع المشحونة على سطح السفينة بموجب عقد النقل
و لا على البهائم الحية.
