يسقط بحكم مرور الزمن:-
بعد سنة من انقضاء السفرة ، حق كل دعوى مالية تتعلق باجرة السفينة وبعد سنة من التسليم ،
حق كل دعوى مالية ناشئة عن
تقديم غذاء للملاحين بناء على امر الربان او عن تقديم اشياء ضرورية للتجهيز والتموين.
وبعد سنة من تسلم المصنوعات حق كل دعوى مالية تتعلق باجور العمال وبانجاز المصنوعات.
وبعد سنة من وصول السفينة ، حق كل دعوى ناشئة عن تسليم بضائع.
