ان نفقات غذاء الركاب تكون داخلة ضمن اجرة السفر ما لم يحصل اتفاق مخالف ، وفي هذه
الحالة الثانية يلزم الربان بتقديم
المؤن الضرورية لقاء قيمة معتدلة.
