في الاخطار البحرية
الفصل الاول
في التصادم
( المادة 236 )
اذا وقع تصادم بين السفن البحرية او بين السفن البحرية وسفن الملاحة الداخلية فان التعويض
من الضرر اللاحق بالسفن
وما على متنها من اشياء واشخاص يدفع وفقا للاحكام التالية ولا عبرة للمياه التي حدث فيها
التصادم.
