اذا وقع التصادم عرضا او اذا سببته القوة القاهرة او اذا حام الشك حول اسبابه فيتحمل المتضرر
ما يلحقه من ضرر ويستمر
العمل بمقتضى هذا النص ان كانت السفن او احداها راسية حين تصادمها.
