اذا وقع تصادم فللمدعي الخيار في ان يقيم الدعوى امام محكمة المدعى عليه او امام محكمة
مربط السفينة الصادمة.
ان المحكمة التابع لها ميناء العقبة ، عندما تدخله احدى السفينتين بعد تصادمهما تكون صالحة
للقيام بكل تحقيق او كشف
فني.
تعود الصلاحية في المياه الاقليمية الاردنية الى المحكمة البدائية التابع لها الميناء.
