يسقط بحكم مرور الزمن حق كل دعاوى التعويض من الاضرار الناجمة عن التصادم بانقضاء
مهلة سنتين بعد الحادث.
غير ان حق الادعاء المنصوص عليه في الفقرة الثالثة من المادة 239 يسقط بحكم مرور الزمن
بعد مرور سنة على يوم الدفع.
