في الاسعاف والانقاذ
( المادة 248 )
كل عمل اسعاف او انقاذ تقوم به سفينة ، خدمة لسفينة اخرى تكون في خطر وللاشياء
الموجودة على متن هذه السفينة ولاجرتها
واجرة نقل ركابها حتى في حال ترك بحارتها لها يخضع للاحكام التالية:
