ان كل عمل اسعاف او انقاذ نتج عنه نفع يستوجب جعلا عادلا و لا يتوجب اي جعل اذا لم تنتج اية
منفعة عن تقديم المساعدة
والمبلغ الواجب دفعه لا يتجاوز في حال من الاحوال قيمة الاشياء المنقوذة.
