للمحكمة ان تلغي او ان تعدل بناء على طلب احد المتعاقدين كل اتفاق على اسعاف او انقاذ
نشأ في وقت الخطر وتحت تأثيره
اذا اعتبرت ان شروط الاتفاق غير عادلة.
ولها ايضا في كل الحالات وبناء على طلب الجهة صاحبة العلاقة ان تلغي او تعدل الاتفاق اذا
ثبت لها تعيب رضى احد الفريقين
بسبب خداع او كتم معلومات او اذا كان الجعل فادحا من احدى الناحيتين ولا يتناسب والخدمة
المقدمة.
