. البضائع الموسوقة على سطح السفينة خلافا للعادات البحرية تدخل في الغرامة اذا هي انقذت
اما اذا هلكت فلا يسمح لصاحبها بتقديم طلب التحاص الا اذا اثبت انه لم يوافق على طريقة
الوسق هذه.
