تعفى من الغرامة الرسالات البريدية من كل نوع ، وامتعة البحارة والركاب واجهزتهم الشخصية
واجور البحارة ومؤن السفينة
وبالاجمال كل الاشياء التي يصح نقلها بدون وثيقة شحن.
اما اذا هلكت فان قيمتها ترجع عن طريق التقاص.
