تعريف السفينة
( المادة 3 )
السفينة في عرف هذا القانون ، هي كل مركب صالح للملاحة اياً كان محمولة وتسميته ، سواء
اكانت هذه الملاحة تستهدف الربح
ام لم تكن.
تعتبر جزءاً من السفينة جميع التفرعات الضرورية لاستثمارها.السفن اموال منقولة تخضع
للقواعد الحقوقية العامة مع الاحتفاظ
بالقواعد الخاصة المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون.
