يحق للمؤمن ان يتذرع تجاه حامل وثيقة التأمين ، وان تكن منظمة للامر او لحاملها ، بالاعتراضات
المختصة بها التي كان
في وسعه الاحتجاج بها على المؤمن له الاول فيما لو كان التحويل لم يقع.
