اذا كان موضوع التأمين بضائع للذهاب والاياب ، ولم يكن شحن للاياب بعد تاريخ بلوغ السفينة
محل وصولها الاول ، او لم
يكتمل شحن الاياب ، فينال المؤمن مقدار ثلثي القسط المتفق عليه لا غير ، ما لم يقع اتفاق
مخالف.
