على المؤمن له ان يبلغ المؤمنين نبأ الكارثة او الخسارة بمهلة ثلاثة ايام من تسلمه النبأ.
وعليه ان يلطف بقدر الامكان من تأثير الخطر وان يتخذ كل التدابير الواقية وان يشرف على اعمال
انقاذ الاشياء المؤمنة
او ان يجري هذه الاعمال وان يحفظ حق كل ادعاء على المسؤولين من الغير.
