يحتفظ المؤمن له الذي يعمل في الانقاذ بحقوقه في التعويض والترك. وله الحق باسترداد
نفقاته بناء على مجرد تأكيده ومع
الاحتفاظ بالاحتيال الذي يثبته المؤمن.
وللمؤمن بدوره ان يتخذ بنفسه كل التدابير الواقية او المنقذة دون ان يكون لاحد حق الاحتجاج
عليه بانه اجرى عمل ملكية.
