اذا لم توجد وثيقة او اذا احتوت وثيقة الشحن بنودا تحد من القيمة الثبوتية للوثيقة الصادرة عن
الربان فعلى المؤمن
له ان يقدم صكوكا اخرى مثبتة للشحن ، كقائمات حساب الشراء وبيانات الحمولة والنسخ التي
سلمتها الجمارك وبيانات النقل
والرسائل وتقبل البينة الشخصية عند انتفاء سائر البينات.
