ان طلبات تنفيذ الحجز الملقى على سفينة وتنفيذ الحكم الفاصل نزاعا عليها تبلغ بواسطة
دائرة الاجراء الى المدير ليصير
تسجيلها في صحيفة تلك السفينة ، ويجب ايضا تسجيل الدعاوي العينية في دفتر التسجيل بعد
تبليغ استدعائها المدير مؤشرا
عليه حسب الاصول من ديوان المحكمة المقدم لها هذا الاستدعاء. ويجري التبليغ بمسعى
الفريق صاحب العلاقة.
