اذا ترتب على سفينة حق عيني انشئ بين الاحياء وطلب تسجيله بعد وفاة المتصرف به ، فيمكن
اجابة هذا الطلب بعد ابراز
مستند يسمح بالتسجيل او طلب وقع عليه المتصرف بالحق ، على ان يكون توقيعه مصادقا عليه
في الحالتين ، واذا كان التوقيع
غير مصادق عليه وكان هنالك اعتراض من الورثة ، فالتسجيل تقرره السلطة القضائية.
