المؤمن مسؤول عن نفقات التعويم ونفقات اسعاف السفينة المتعرضة لخطر محقق ونفقات
الانقاذ في البحر ونفقات القطر عندما
تساق السفينة الى ميناء بقصد ترميمها.
لا تطبق احكام هذه المادة على التنشيب على البر الناتج عن حركة المد والجزر الطبيعية و لا
على التنشيب الطاريء اما
في الاقنية البحرية واما في الانهر والسواقي فوق الاماكن التي يبلغها المد والجزر.
