لصاحب السفينة دون غيره الحق بنسخة كاملة عن صحيفة سفينته وهذه النسخة اسمية
يعطيها المدير الصيغة الرسمية بتوقيعه
عليها وختمها بخاتم دائرة الميناء. و لا يتسلم اصحاب الحقوق كالمرتهنين الا شهادة بقيد
حقهم.
