كلما سجل قيد ما على الصحيفة وجب تسجيل هذا القيد على نسختها ( سند التمليك ).
يرفض المدير التسجيل ، اذا لم تبرز هذه النسخة وكان الطلب يتعلق بحق يفترض انشاؤه رضي
المالك المسجل ملكه. وفي سائر
الاحوال يجري المدير التسجيل ، ويبلغه لصاحب الحق المسجل.
و لا يمكن طلب اي تسجيل آخر برضى صاحب الحق هذا الا بعد اتمام المطابقة بين الصحيفة
وسند التمليك.
يثبت المدير مطابقة النسخة للصحيفة كلما طلب اليه ذلك.
