اذا انشأ المدير صحيفة جديدة فانه يبطل الصحيفة السابقة بتوقيعه علامة الالغاء وختم دائرة
الميناء على كل صفحاتها.
وهو يبطل بالطريقة نفسها سند التمليك ويحفظه بين اوراقه.
