لا يمكن ترك اجرة السفينة الا:
1 - اذا هلكت هذه الاجرة هلاكا كليا بطارئ بحري.
2 - اذا انقطعت الاخبار بعد انقضاء المهل المحددة في المادة 367 .
3 . - اذا ضبطت السفينة في حال شمول التأمين لاخطار الحرب
