على المؤمن له حين اقدامه على الترك ان يصرح بجميع التأمينات والقروض الجزافية البحرية
المعقودة. تعلق مهلة الدفع
ريثما يبلغ هذا التصريح و لا ينتج عن ذلك اي تمديد للمهلة المحددة لإقامة دعوى الترك في المادة
374 .
اذا ادلى المؤمن له بتصريح كاذب عن سوء نية فانه يحرم من منافع التأمين وعند وقوع الخسارة
البحرية تجري تسويتها كما
