لا تحق لمؤمني السفينة اجرتها المنقوذة ولا الديون الناتجة عن الرحلة البحرية ولكن يجب ان
يترك للمؤمنين جميع الديون
التي تمثل قسما من قيمة الاشياء المؤمنة.
