يلغى قانون التجارة البحرية العثماني وقانون تسجيل المراكب رقم 29 لسنة 1944 وتعديلاته
وسائر التشريعات الاخرى الى
المدى الذي تتعارض فيه مع أحكام هذا القانون ، الا انه لا تؤثر احكام هذا القانون او اي قانون يحل
محله على قانون
( المؤسسة البحرية لميناء العقبة رقم 4 ) لسنة 969 ( وقانون ميناء العقبة رقم 18 ) لسنة 959
حتى ولو تعارضت احكام اي منهما
مع هذا القانون.
