تنزل منزلة السفن الاردنية:-
أ- السفن السائبة في البحر التي تلتقطها سفن ترفع العلم الاردني.
ب- السفن المصادرة لمخالفتها القوانين الاردنية.
جـ- على جميع السفن المعنية في هذه المادة وفي المادة الرابعة ان ترفع العلم الاردني اثناء
السفر مع مراعاة احكام
الفقرة الثانية من المادة 18 .
