يجب تصنيف الدائنين الممتازين بحسب السفرة. فان ديون السفرة الاخيرة الممتازة اية كانت
درجتها لها الافضلية عن ديون
السفرات السابقة.
غير ان الديون الناتجة على عقد واحد باستخدام الملاحين تعتبر دائماً ديون السفرة الاخيرة و لو
كانت تتعلق بسفرة سابقة.
