ان الديون المتعلقة بسفرة واحدة تصنف بالترتيب المقرر في المادة 50 وديون الدرجة الواحدة
المتعلقة بالسفرة نفسها تأتي
متزاحمة وان كل جعل الاسعاف والديون المفروضة لتقديم المؤن والترميم تصنف بالترتيب
المعاكس لتاريخ نشوئها.
