ان من يشتري سفينة او حصة منها ويريد ان يتقي الملاحقات التي تجيزها المادة السابقة.
عليه بعد اجراء تسجيل شرائه وقبل الملاحقات او بمهلة خمسة عشر يوماً ان يبلغ نسخة عن سند
تمليك السفينة الى جميع الدائنين
المدونين بهذا السند في المقام المختار في السند الاساسي.
ويصرح المشتري في السند نفسه انه مستعد لان يوفي حالا الديون التي رهنت السفينة من
اجلها بقدر قيمة هذه السفينة سواء
اكانت هذه الديون مستحقة ام لم تكن.
