لكل صاحب دين مسجل ان يطالب ببيع السفينة بالمزايدة او ببيع الحصة المرهونة منها وذلك
بعرضه زيادة اضافية على الثمن
لا تقل عن عشرة وتقديم كفالة لدفع الثمن والتكاليف.
ويجب ابلاغ المشتري هذا الطلب الذي يوقعه الدائن بمهلة عشره ايام بعد التبليغ. ويحتوي
الطلب دعوة امام المحكمة البدائية
التابع لها ميناء العقبة ، لاجل تقرير اجراء المزايدة العلنية.
