على الحاجز ان يبلغ المالك بمهلة ثلاثة ايام نسخة عن محضر الحجز وان يستدعيه امام محكمة
مكان الحجز لتقرر في حضوره
مباشرة بيع الاشياء المحجوزة.
اذا لم يكن المالك مقيما في نطاق المحكمة فيصير تبليغه في مهلة خمسة عشر يوما بشخص
ربان المركب المحجوز اذا كان حاضرا
والا فبشخص ممثل المالك او ممثل الربان.
واذا كان المالك اجنبيا ليس له في الاردن محل اقامة او مقر ولا من يمثله فتجري دعوته وتبليغه
وفقا لقانون اصول المحاكمات
الحقوقية.
