على مأمور الاجراء ان يبين في محضر الضبط مايلي:-
اسم الدائن طالب الحجز ومهنته ومحل اقامته.
السندالذي بموجبه يلاحق التنفيذ.
المبلغ المطلوب دفعه.
مقام الدائن المختار في مكان المحكمة التي يجب ان يلاحق البيع امامها وفي المكان الذي
ترسو فيه السفينة المحجوزة.
اسم صاحب السفينة واسم الربان.
اسم المركب ونوعه ومحموله وتابعيه.
تقديم بيان ووصف عن الزوارق والقوارب المهمات والاعتدة والاجهزة والمؤن والزاد مع تعيين
حارس.
