اذا كانت السفينة اجنبية فلا بد من الرجوع الى ميناء تسجيلها بواسطة قنصلية الدولة التى
تتبعها السفينة.
وعلى هذه القنصلية تقديم بيان باسماء دائني السفينة المسجلين ، وعندئذ يمكن تبليغهم
بواسطة قنصليتهم خلال ثمانية
ايام من تاريخ تسلم البيان.
ولهؤلاء الدائنين مهلة للتدخل مدتها خمسة وعشرون يوما.
