يمنح المدعي او المعترض الثلاثة ايام لتقديم حججه وكذلك يمنح المدعي عليه ثلاثة ايام للرد
عليه ، وتعين جلسة للدعوى
بمجرد الاستدعاء والدعوى لا توقف التنفيذ ما لم تأمر المحكمة بوقفه لاسباب هامة.
