تقام دعاوى الاستحقاق والابطال قبل الاحالة.
اما اذا لم تقم دعاوى الاستحقاق الا بعد الاحالة فتتحول حكماً الى اعتراض على تسليم المبالغ
الناتجة عن البيع.
لا تقبل دعاوى الاستحقاق والابطال الا اذا كانت مدونة في دفتر التسجيل.
