يجب ان يبين في الاعلانات الملصقة او المدرجة في الجرائد ما يأتي:
- اسم طالب الحجز ومهنته ومحل اقامته.
- المستندات التي يداعي بموجبها.
- مقدار المبلغ الواجب الاداء.
- المقام الذي يختاره في مركز المحكمة وفي مرسى السفينة المحجوزة.
- اسم صاحب السفينة المحجوزة ومهنته ومحل اقامته.
- مميزات السفينة كما هي واردة في دفتر التسجيل.
- اسم الربان.
- محل وجود السفينة.
- ثمن الطرح وشروط البيع.
- مكان المزايدة ويومها وساعتها.
