ان وجود الحساب الجاري لا يمنع احد المتعاقدين من مطالبة الاخر بالعمولة التي استحقها عن
عمل قام به بالعمولة و باسترداد
نفقات العمليات المختصة بالحساب الجاري وهي تقيد في الحساب ما لم يكن هناك اتفاق ,
مخالف.
